I had an appointment for my dog, Mora, at 4:30 PM. I called ahead to let them know I was running about 5–6 minutes late and was told it was okay as long as I arrived by 4:35. I arrived at 4:36 and checked in immediately, confirming I was there for the 4:30 appointment. I explained multiple times that my time was very limited and that I needed to leave before 5:00 PM to pick up my children from school. I requested a quick follow-up visit, since this was just to check on Mora after her last appointment and to purchase her medication. I was placed in a room and repeatedly reassured that a doctor would see me soon. However, I waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming in. During that time, I could hear staff and doctors in the back chatting and laughing, while no one attended to my appoint

I am writing this review because of a very serious and stressful experience I had with Banfield that almost prevented my dogs from returning to the United States. I took my dogs from the U.S. to Colombia, and before traveling I went to Banfield to request the required health certificate. I was very clear that this certificate needed to include both the exit AND the re-entry rabies documentation so my dogs could return to the United States. Banfield knew this from the beginning I told Doctor Joy and team. However, they only provided the exit certificate, not the re-entry rabies certificate. At no point that day did anyone tell me that my dogs supposedly could not receive that certificate because their rabies vaccines were administered at another veterinary clinic. This was never explained

This has been a completely awful experience. My dog has visible head swelling, which is clearly an urgent medical issue. I had an appointment scheduled today at 10:00 a.m. Yesterday, Banfield called me to reschedule because the doctor supposedly wouldn’t be available. I adjusted my entire schedule and moved the appointment to 11:00 a.m. as they suggested. I arrived on time for the 11:00 a.m. appointment and was then made to wait 40 minutes, only for staff to tell me that the doctor at this location was in surgeries and my dog would not be seen at all today. So let me be clear: They gave me an appointment, moved it themselves, had me come in, made me wait, and then told me they couldn’t see my dog. At that point, they told me to drive to another location 30 minutes away, which is comple

Awful customer service. Aren’t these people supposed to be professionals? I don’t understand why employees think it’s acceptable to shrug or make faces when a client is asking questions or voicing concerns. This is supposed to be a helpful, reassuring experience for both pets and their owners. On Jan 23rd around 2:15PM, I had a really rude interaction with a woman who wasn’t even the veterinarian. She sat at her desk listing off a bunch of tests and expensive procedures I “needed” to do without ever seeing my cat or even knowing what he looked like. She was so unhelpful, uninterested...it just left me with such a bad feeling. Every time I asked a question, she shrugged or looked at me like I was stupid. I actually care about my pet, and I don’t appreciate a money-grabbing business taking

If Zero stars existed you would deserve them! Banfield Midtown has been the worst veterinary experience I’ve ever had. From the front desk staff « Diedrich Ramirez » to the veterinarian’s lack of follow-through « Dr Mejias », this clinic showed a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. I brought my dog in for a consultation regarding a skin condition and paid $300 which is already overpriced , I was given a 15 ml topical antibiotic and told he would be fine after 10 days. The medication ran out in less than 5 days, and the irritation worsened and spread. I called repeatedly to request a refill or speak with the vet and was met with constant excuses: she was with another patient, in surgery, on break, would call back, and eventually that she was on vacation for a week. When I aske
