Happy with the care provided for our cat Kiwi with the Wellness Plan. The Vet and staff at Banfield Manassas Hospital are very helpful, friendly and professional.

Extremely unprofessional practice, please, take your pet anywhere else and I promise better service. I called in regards to my appointment and the employee who I guess was new sounded apathetic, scripted, and completely rushed.. I have been a semi regular to this establishment and did not recognize this voice. I spoke with another before who spoke SO fast I couldn't understand and had to ask to repeat more than once. Not welcoming at all. If you want to hire robots, you may as well implement an AI. Later in the month I called, no one answered, left a voicemail, and nobody ever returned my call. This place has gone downhill so fast. I feel they do not care about the quality of their work or making customers feel valued, just about selling their plans. If this is how pet owners are treated,

I am very satisfied with the care my dogs receive. Lulu and Hachi are always happy and healthy, and I recommend this place 100%. Thank you so much to all the staff.🙏

I would not recommend Banfield Vet In Manassas to anyone. They never answer their phones and then when you schedule on line they cancel the appointment. I have scheduled appointments for my cats twice in last 3 weeks. Both times they called and canceled. They call the day before and say oh we can’t see your pet at that time. I asked why the online lets me schedule and they said we are not sure but we don’t have in office visits on weekends. I said then why do you wait until a day or two before to cancel it. This in two weeks in a row. One of the visits was for my new cat. They are so unprofessional. Thank goodness my cat is not sick. It was a new pet visit and a wellness check up.

EDITED: Please note, the wellness plan is a monthly payment plan designed to pay down the cost of pet visits over time throughout your relationship with Banfield, not a membership or service plan like you might think of health insurance. While info was missing on our pets required vaccine paperwork and some interactions with staff were unprofessional, Banfield worked to correct the issues, preventing the additional costs we would have faced in shipping our pets internationally. We did still face costs because we had to work with another vet initially when we were not sure Banfield would correct the issues. When Banfield did, our cats were able to make it to their new home okay. We appreciate the efforts put in to correct the issues which allowed our cats to join us overseas.
