My baby girl was dying and the vet technician Sheryl or Crystal( I was so upset I couldn’t remember her name) Saturday the 2/14/26 was so sweet she agreed to hold and confront her while she was given the shot. This woman was so compassionate and made this easier as I was devastated. Thank you for your kindness in this situation I will forever remember what you did as a veterinarian office. Bless you. 🙏🏽

I was driving across the country alone with my dog when he suddenly became super ill in the car. I frantically googled for a Vet near me not even knowing what state I was in at the time. The wonderful receptionist at Banfield was so comforting— she said “you just bring that sick baby here right now, we’ll be waiting for you”. I’m so grateful they were able to take care of my boy that day.

the facilities are clean and spacious, the secretaries are very sweet and attentive, the doctor was good at talking to me about my pet but one of the nurses had a very bad attitude, like she hated working. my dog ​​had a lesion on his paw and they x-rayed it i was supposed to be called by the time the radiologist confirmed what he would have. I called for a week to be told that my dog ​​has, they told me that they left messages for the doctor to call me, my dog ​​continues to have discomfort and only has pain medication but no improvement. I still don't know what he has or if I should take him to another specialist for his problem because they never call me back!!!!!

Staff is friendly, and caring. I have been using Banfields wellness plan for the last 10 years for all my dogs which helps me to where I don’t have to worry about how I am going to pay my vet bill, paid monthly versus having to pay $300 vet bill all at once.

DO NOT sign up for the wellness plan. It’s an absolute scam and money suck. It was going to cost me over $600 to cancel it even though we’ve only gone for one appointment where nothing was done since signing up. The two vets we’ve seen at this office had completely different opinions rendering the other pointless. Just a huge waste of time and money.
