I can’t thank them enough for the compassion, care, and understanding they showed when I had to put my beloved soul dog down. They walked me through the entire process and lessened the burden by helping take care of the arrangements. Since I didn’t know the extent of my dogs health when I brought him, I didn’t bring any food for him to eat beforehand. They provided me chocolate chip cookies that I could give him before the process started. That extra touch just adds to the fact they go above and beyond for the pets. They even sent a handwritten card a few weeks later expressing their condolences and sharing the memories they had of my dog. I would recommend them every time.

I had to make the painful decision to put my pet to sleep. Banfield and the team were so kind and understanding. Both Alexa and Dr. Moses took the time to help me understand that I was making the correct decision. Their kindness went along way during a very difficult moment for a 64 year old man and his devoted dog. Dr Moses was the first Dr here in the villages to see my Tiny Tim and I was so glad that he was with us at the end. He has always gone above and beyond when dealing with my pets and my wife and I. The Villages are fortunate to have such a great team and place for their pets.

It's an amazing place. The only thing that made me mad is that I came 20 minutes early and some people came in after me with the same appointment time. The guy at the front passed everyone, and he passed me after everybody. Honestly, I almost walked out. But it is a nice place with good doctors.

Banfield is awesome, I've been bringing my Ginger for check up since she was 9wks old she is almost 2 yrs in April. Having dog insurance is worth it. Less hassle they really educate you on how to take care of your animal. I really recommend this hospital.

Everyone in Banfield Pet Hospital, lady lake is amazing, caring, emphatic, and sweet. From the front desk, nurses and Dr. Vasquez all are fantastic human beings. I love their dedication, real care they offer to my fur babies Apollo, Ivy, & Ava. There is no one other place who I will take my fur babies . Thank you so very much to all of you ! 🫶
