This group of vets and vet techs are exceptional. They care about every pet that comes in. The customer service goes above and beyond. I have been a customer of Banfield for over 10 years in California and Georgia and Banfield of Kennesaw has the best staff around. My Yorkie attended a Banfield in Smyrna and before I had to put my dog down due to old age, seizures, arthritis, and bone spurs I was not happy with the responses to my questions that the vets were giving me. So before I got my new puppies I began looking for a new vet. Even though there are two Banfield locations closer to me, I am so greatful to the Kennesaw location, my new puppies, Willow and Prince, and I are soooo very happy. They LIED to my daughter and said if she signed up for the puppy plan that she would need to pay out of pocket for the first appointment and then also for the plan and would only be able to use the plan on the second appointment. I called other bainfields and they said it isn’t true (which I know because I have been taking my other dog to Bainfield for over 12 years). I called to try to talk to the manager of this store (Jessica Mills) and I was on hold for almost 15 minutes. She did not answer the phone and asked someone else to first find out what I wanted. When I said I wouldn’t say the same story twice, they just placed me on hold and never came back. My children and I spent over an hour in the waiting room with our new puppy before I finally got up and walked out. We never saw or spoke to anyone other than reception. We have used Banfield in the past (when we lived in North Carolina) and had a good experience but this location (Kennesaw) is terrible. No one acknowledged the ridiculous wait or let us know why we were still waiting so long. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, Pets arrived after us and got treated in front of us. In the end, we opted for a more expensive local vet who actually knows how to schedule and maintain appointments. No one has time to sit in a vet’s office for hours!

I took my dog, Sandy, to this location for a rabies vaccination and checkup. Everything went smooth. The Vet answered all questions I had pertaining to my dog’s health. The staff were very courteous and professional. No complaints.

Whom EVER WAS WORKING HERE TODAY 8-31-25 I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH! We brought our bean in and we or a check to check living family like the other half of America, we all know while others lose everything in todays world! Im so fortunate for this company you guys went above and beyond with humility,pricing, professionalism etc The bill was going to be over 1000 bucks. YOU GUYS REDUCED IT TO $270.00 I CRIED WHEN I HEARD THE PRICE YOU GAVE US EVEN! IM FOREVER THANKFUL FOR YOUR SERVICES AND LOVING OUR FURBABY WHILE THERE AND SENDING HER OFF TO NOT BE IN ANYMORE PAIN!!!
