Banfield Pet Hospital

We brought our Kitten in willow and the team couldn’t have been more welcoming and caring , we really felt our pet would be safe and well cared for while being treated at there banfield 💕

Enjoyed the conversation with Whispy’s Vet Tech, John? Josh? I apologize for not remembering but we talked about TikTok and Instagram, we basically just clicked. I really loved having him coming in and we would just start chatting.

Took my new puppy here for his first exam, don't think we will ever be back. They focused more on selling me a plan more than my puppy. That's all they talked about was SELLING ME a PLAN!! Yes we will definitely be going somewhere else where I won't feel like a dollar sign and someone that actually cares about my pet's well being.

Had to get a last minute appointment for my dog as an alternative to expensive emergency care. They were compassionate and checked with me by phone several times to update with treatment options. My dog was not as sick as I thought so it was a relief to have her quickly cared for and not have to pay emergency vet prices.

Beware of booking an in room visit, according to the receptionist the app “doesn’t know when doctors are in surgery.” I took off work to for the appointment and then got a call on the way informing me the vet was busy in surgery. Drop off is not an option for me that is why I chose “In room.”
