I bring all my animals here. Claudia at the front desk is always helpful. Anna, the vet tech is the best with my dogs. I have always received excellent care, and they never make me feel bad if I decide not to have something done to my pets. I have an aging dog and chose not to do dentals anymore. They were totally fine with my choice, and I appreciate them not pressuring me.

Banefield scammed me. I took my pet in because she had a medical issue. I signed up for the plan payments to help save some money. What the staff there and the customer service failed to mention is that it’s an annual fee and you can’t get a refund AT ALL or cancel it without paying the extra fee. I understand that it was a wellness plan but regardless I feel like they took advantage of me and my pup. Very disappointing and frustrating.

We just recently adopted our babies who had never been to a vets office or inside a store before and they both were having a severe allergic reaction to something and the team there was great with them! They worked with them as they were getting a little excited/nervous about being there and took great care of them!

Love the Banfield team and this Clinic. Exceptional service and more importantly staff that are friendly and great bedside manners!

Took our dog in for teeth cleaning which is a whole day procedure. I was informed throughout the day on everything that was happening and when my dog would be ready to leave. When I arrived my dog was ready to go and I paid what I was quoted which was great.
