I am beyond upset with the experience I had at Banfield. I brought my dog in for a biopsy, and when I picked her up, I was shocked to find her with a swollen, bloodshot eye. When I asked what had happened, the doctor casually explained that she had been “uncooperative” and had hit her head multiple times on the ground—possibly causing the eye trauma. That explanation is not only disturbing, it’s unacceptable. As a pet parent, I entrusted Banfield with the health and safety of my dog, and I expected a level of care that would prevent this kind of injury. If she was showing signs of distress or was difficult to handle, more compassionate and appropriate restraint methods should have been used—or I should have been contacted. Allowing her to repeatedly harm herself is negligent. To make mat

North Fort Worth Alliance Location. This is the 1st pet hospital we’ve brought our Siberian Husky (Kobe) for routine visits since moving to Texas 2yrs ago. First visit or 2 the service and experience were good. We even became members and have been for the last year. Recently a couple months ago we brought Kobe to be seen for dripping urine around the house. We were told a urine analysis was done and he had a UTI. We payed an exam fee I believe and for prescriptions recommended by the vet. We were told follow the directions and finish out the prescriptions. After 2 weeks no improvement was made. We returned and at that visit we were told we needed to renew our membership that was coming up or we’d have to pay for the next urine analysis (1 free test yearly). We renewed the membership and an

Shiloh had been neutered and Dr Herd as well as a staff member called us immediately after surgery to let me know all went well. The facility is very clean, well kept! They are thorough on exams, keep us up to date by phone call or email on Comprehensive exams and vaccines. I find this location to be great, doctors and staff extremely gentle, loving with our 3 babies.

Specifically the Alliance office Fort Worth. Nothing but good things to say. Really accommodating to my schedule restrictions. They take good care of my two dogs. Never get to meet the Doctors, but great service nonetheless. Really convenient that the records are shared between other Banfield offices if the need arises to bring my pets to the vet while traveling to other cities/states. Well worth the money.

I have been taking my pet to Banfield for years and the staff is wonderful and Dr Parker is great has treated I my 1st chihuahua with serious sickness until when I had to put down. She has been taking care of my current chihuahua and I am very happy how she takes care of my pet and goes over his care.
