Celina at the front desk of Banfield is truly a joy to deal with! She’s always welcoming, helpful, and makes the check in and check out process so smooth. Her positive energy and professionalism set the tone for every visit. It’s clear she cares about both pets and their owners, Banfield is lucky to have her!

My two giant breed dogs have the Banfield wellness plan. We were there to get their regular checkups and boosters and then my Great Dane twisted her back and needed an examination a couple of days later. The staff was very friendly, the vet tech and doctor were very kind with my dog who gets very anxious and generous with their time. I highly recommend the wellness plan, it's a very good investment.

Long story short, I brought my elderly cat for a simple teeth cleaning. What followed was a month and a half long ordeal that resulted in me having to put down my cat. AVOID the pet care plans if your pet will not live for a year. After the passing of my cat, I still have to pay for the insurance or pay it all upfront with an additional $30 fee. Remember this is still a business. All you and your pet are to these people, are a policy number with a dollar sign. My cat suffered the last month and a half of her life due to medications that made her lethargic, made her not eat, made her throw up, all in the name of lowering her T4 levels so she could undergo anesthesia, if not for the teeth cleaning but to possibly remove the tumor growing in her mouth. I am grateful that every time I take my moody cats, we are treated with joy. My two cats are well taken care of with Banfield. The staff is always caring and patient with my pets. All my questions are answered, and I feel like my family is complete after their visit to the vet. Than you Banfield for my peace of mind.
