This company has reactivated our account every year to bill us as if we are still taking our dog in. We quit coming in 4 years ago and kept getting billed every start of the year. We have cancelled 4 times calling and emailing. Nothing works. We quit taking Ellie there because we picked up our dog and she was noticeably different. She lost a lot of playfulness. Became hostile around other dogs. And if you shook paper or had paper on a clip board she would cower and hide. I don’t know what happened in there but it appeared to me she had been hit with something. Enough times to affect her entire attitude. She went from an extremely happy dog to reclusive and scared of most things. If I could give this company less than one star I would.

Love the service here! Very friendly staff and scheduling has been super easy every time. They also gave our kitten a bandana!!!

I found a kitten that was not in good shape. I took her in and the Dr told me that she had an umbilical hernia and that she probably wouldn't make it even if I had her spayed. Then the only thing he did was deworm her. He didn't even give her a rabies shot like he was expecting her to just die! 1 year later and it's gone and she is alive and kicking!

they treated my kitty so nicely! she needed her shots and they got her in and out in about 30 minutes. i booked my appointment online and received my first free office visit ($50 fee). the doctors and ladies up at the desk were so helpful and explained the plans perfectly to me. the plans are a bit pricey ($500, including all shots, tests, spay), but you can pay monthly. i just got my kitty her basic shots and heartwormed and it totaled to about $120. spays run at least $200- just thought i’d add that bit of info for anyone wondering! my cat wasn’t nervous at all, really. just observing all the other animals while we waited. great service, though :)
