I’ve had a great experience with Banfield! The staff is always welcoming and takes such good care of my beagle. From check-ups to vaccinations, they’ve been consistent, professional, and gentle with my pup. I also love the wellness plan options — they make pet care more affordable and manageable long-term. Yesterday around 2:40 PM, after calling Benfield, Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA, to schedule an appointment, I brought my dog in because she had been stung by a bee and was in visible pain. Lizi at the front desk was compassionate and even offered to help me bring my dog from the car, similar to Tiger Tails, where the even the vets themselves sometimes assist customers and their pets is needed. It seems that a lady by the name of Valerie was called to assist me, but from the moment she arrived to the front desk, she showed a bad attitude, rolling her eyes and speaking dismissively. She immediately demanded vaccination paperwork even though I told her that my dog was wearing her rabies tag from Tiger Tails. Yet, she refused ( as she were a manager and a bad one) to let anyone help my dog unless

Wonderful location.! It's not inside of a pet store and that means no long walk to the back of a pet store. It's very welcoming from the outside and more so on the inside. Staffed with a knowledgeable, caring and understanding group of Dr's and assistants. The front desk was also pleasant while dropping off and again picking up after the shift change. Check out was easy and our services were not out of this world expensive. Thank you Dr. Kopp 🐶🐾

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!! They gave my dog vaccines without letting me know. I TOLD THE VET TECH NO VACCINES because he sees a different vet !! And they went ahead and gave him vaccines when she told me the would only do the bloodwork and anal glad expression!! NEGLIGENT PEOPLE!!!
