Banfield Pet Hospital

The team at Banfield was so caring and sweet with my dog for her annual teeth cleaning. She gets very anxious and worked up, even needing medication beforehand, but they were patient, gentle, and understanding with her the entire time. It really means a lot to know she’s in such kind and capable hands, and I truly appreciate the compassion they show her every visit. I highly recommend checking out their wellness plans!

So disappointed with Banfield. Never had a single good experience at this location, and once overheard staff verbally abusing someone’s pet through my waiting room door. Their wellness program is a trap that you can’t get out of even if your pet passes midway through the plan-year. We brought our 4 year old dog in twice over two months due to illness and had to beg the vet for an antibiotic. Then went to a different (more competent) vet 3 days later only to find out he has terminal metastatic cancer through the whole body. We compared prices of service between our new and old Vet clinics and Banfield is 3X the price. Biggest mistake we made during dog ownership.

They always take such great care of my corgi! Super kind everytime, answer all my questions, and always follow up to make sure she’s feeling okay. Dr Orr is fantastic.

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that without hesitation. For the safety and well-being of your pets, I strongly advise you to avoid this location. Our negative experience began when we brought our young female dog in for what was supposed to be a routine annual visit, including a dental cleaning under anesthesia. To our shock, we were informed at discharge that four or more of her teeth had been extracted—without our prior knowledge or consent. Per standard protocol, we should have received a phone call requesting approval for such a procedure, but no such call was made. The first time we were made aware of the extractions was during post-operative care instructions. At no point did we provide consent for tooth removal, nor would we have agreed to it had we been consulted. T

Found this place while looking for someone to take a look at one of my snakes. Dr. Orr took on that duty. He was super gentle and kind to my snakes and takes pride in making sure they are 100% before checking out. What was even better was for 100% service we paid very little. I have 14 snakes and I know where they will go from now on. We have even since taken our two dachshunds to see Dr. Orr who is just as sweet, gentle, and playful with them as he is with our snakes. They really do have all around service for domestic and exotics. Thank you for being our new veterinarian.
