We have 3 goldendoodles. We’ve been going to Banfield Animal Hospital for over 3 yrs. Their Countryside location is great. The people there are friendly and helpful and they are really nice to our dogs. Our dogs are friendly but they are pretty energetic and I know they can be a handful. Don’t be fooled by this adorable picture of them sitting so nicely. I’ve been very pleased with the service provided by the Countryside Banfield.
The doctors and staff at Banfield Countryside are fantastic! They’re caring, compassionate and professional. Keep up the good work!
Every time my pet (Ryder) has an appointment they notify me and I can set up the appointment through the app, it’s so easy to use and self explanatory. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Ryder feels so comfortable (even though she eats all their treats.) They explain everything and always give you options to the outcome of things.
Dr. K & Nurse Courtney are gentle, caring and professional with my dog and always have been. Front desk is always professional, accommodating and courteous.
