Best care for my pets. After each surgery or all day care, they always call us the next day to check on our dogs. Doctors are amazing and will help with any questions u have. They never ever try to rush you out the door. They always make sure my pets and I are happy. Also the wellness plan is 100% totally worth it!!!! Saves us so much money each year!!!!

In general, the Banfield vets and staff have been great. The real frustration for me is that, after COVID, I still can't be with my pets when the vets examine them. I have to drop them off no matter what I do, and I think that causes them to be even more traumatized than they already are just coming to the vet. Other than that, all the staff have been wonderful and taken good care of my cats.

I just started taking my kitty here and they've always been helpful, friendly and they are so sweet with him. He was neutered a few days ago and he's doing great! I have him on a Wellness plan and look forward to them always taking care of Sam's needs.

The price for the wellness plan at Banfield has increased quite a bit, but it is still worth the price for the peace of mind to know my feline kids are always well-cared-for. I have brought my cats to Banfield I think for over 30 years, with many different vets over the years. My cats always get the best care, although I am still not happy with the changes that took place because of the pandemic, so I can't be in the room when the vet examines them. Otherwise, it is great!

After spending a sleepless night with my dog who coughed and wheezed all night, I walked into Banfield this morning at 9am. I had my little one wrapped in a blanket. I would usually call for an appointment, but I needed help quickly. They could have told me to come in later at their next open appointment time. But the doctor took her in right away. I found out my baby has pneumonia and Banfield has a client for life. I am very grateful to the Banfield staff and Dr. Lindsey.
