Banfield Pet Hospital

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Callled to schedule an appointment and they said to come in at a certain time. I showed up during the time mentioned only for them to say they cannot take my dog in and would have to come back end of day. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. Staff lady in the front was very rude and dismissive as well. No apology or anything, just rude. I plan on canceling my insurance and going with someone else. This place does not value people’s time or business. Recommend bringing your business elsewhere!!

I can't say enough good things about Banfield Pet Hospital in Clifton, VA! From the moment I picked up my miniature poodle after a vet visit, I knew he was in the best hands. The staff at Banfield has been exceptional in providing top-notch care for my fur baby. My poodle absolutely adores the staff, and it's evident that the feeling is mutual. I’ve been taking my furbaby to the Clifton location for many years because I love it! I wish I could give 5 stars but there is a Nurse who works there that’s impatient, rude and speaks to customers in a demeaning manner. Her name is NURSE KIM HAMMER!! The rest of the team are Great!!!! Nicky, Alexis, Diana and of course Dr. Morradian are the best!

Absolutely appalling customer service and lack of professionalism. I would give a zero-star review if I could, but the system only allows a minimum of one. Review based purely on my recent phone interaction when attempting to schedule an appointment. The experience was so disconnected and unprofessional that I felt compelled to share it to warn other pet owners. I spoke with two staff members. The primary interaction was with an employee named Alexis, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her demeanor was dismissive and demeaning. She spoke to me with a complete lack of courtesy and respect that is shocking for any customer-facing role, especially in a care environment. When I requested to speak with a supervisor to file a formal complaint, I was transferred to an individual named Kim

I havent been back since Mischa was a puppy and I unfortunately had to switch vets temporarily. I am so glad i did come back. I had 2 recent visits with them and both times have been excellent. Their updates before, during and after each visit have been very welcoming. Considering they are in this area of Centreville, it is really nice to have them at arms reach. Highly recommend.
