Banfield Pet Hospital

Things were a bit chaotic on getting an appointment. They do not have a front desk person so sometimes you stand around a while before you get noticed. I went for an appointment and the Dr was busy so I had to reschedule for the next day at the end of the day. I came back and it took forever to get seen. I finally saw the Dr and he was nice and very informative. I had a coupon for a Free 1st time visit so it was worth my time. Im glad I was told I was doing everything correct to help my dog and her wound on her head. I did get some allergy tablets to help with her new found allergies moving here to California.

I have been very happy with the free-standing Banfield Pet Hospitals but I will never return to the one inside this pet food store. Worst veterinary experience of my life. Somehow a simple nail trim turned into my fur baby's worst ever life experience. I deeply doubt the qualifications of these supposed Banfield professionals. Don't GO HERE. Cruelty is the opposite of "care."

I went to Banfield to get documentation for a USDA Vet Certificate to travel out of the country with my 3 animals. On the initial consultation the vet reviewed with me all the information and all the steps I needed to take. The communication was great they responded my questions and any concerns. As far as pricing the service that I needed did require a lot since my pets didn't have all vaccines. I do have to say not once did I feel pressured to get the vaccines there or any additional products with Banfield. Vet medicine is expensive anywhere and the prices weren't too high compared to other places. Thank you to the Banfield team at Canoga, I was able to get all my three pets to Costa Rica!! 💕

In my experience with Banfield Canoga Park, the staff has always been helpful and caring with my dogs. Since the time I started with them while living in Kansas to when we moved here to the valley, Banfield has been wonderful with my girls through thick and thin. Attentive, professional, and personal.

The gal at the front desk is an angel. Superb customer service in all forms. The first time I was there she helped me through all the forms and was very informative. The second time, I was in a mood due to scheduling conflicts beyond her control… And she could sense that I just had a bad day and was able to squeeze me in and make everything OK. I wish every company could be trained by her! The other staff is lovely as well and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Dr. Z is awesome and I followed him here from another location.
