the team at banfield is absolutely amazing to work with! i don’t haw anything else to add so here’s a picture of my cat who goes to the vet!

Rude & unprofessional staff. My dog had an emergency. The receptionist advised to come in within 20 minutes and we would be seen by the vet. Upon arrival, I was told this could be drop off only. Casey was extremely rude and disrespectful. Casey said if we did not do drop off then to “take that thing” somewhere else. Which I did and my dog received excellent care at Bridger Vet Specialists. Shame on you Casey!

Glad to talk you into a payment plan for services for your pet. Then you make an appointment that they advised only to hit you with charges for hundreds of dollars after you show up at 7 AM. Lousy service. It'd be so easy to just be uo front about charges. Deceptive practices suck!

Everyone here is so sweet and I feel my pets are truly cared for and respected even if they’re a little scared they are patient and kind with both my younger pup and my older dog. I love that they are super thorough and feel my pets are in good hands here. I had to have a major surgery on my older dog and I felt reassured that I made the right choice having it done here.

Such a great vet service. Dr Wrenn and the staff took such good care of Simba. He is back to his normal self. Thank you for taking such good care of my best friend!
