Banfield Pet Hospital

Very caring staff! Would highly recommend the Park Meadows Banfield! I very much appreciate all they have done for my Great Pyrenees!

Update 6/2022: I was very pleased this visit. I received more communication. The front desk was so friendly and courteous to everyone while I was there. Calls before procedures and more detailed explanations. If you have two dogs list the services that you want for each dog. They do not look at due dates for your dog's plan. If that happens you'll have to make another appointment for the service they did not confirm with you plus you'll have two make separate appointments for each dog which is inconvenient. I was able to pay for my dogs wellness plan at this location which is cool. I just found that out today that's going to save me o much gas. Also the receptionist was nice and not rude which was refreshing. Until next time. I'll update once my dogs have an appointment at this location

This is the only Banfield location that has cancelled on me multiple times when there's a scheduling issue on their end. I am understanding that maybe the online booking service may not be perfect, but when I book appointments a week out I should not be getting a call morning of that they double booked and it's my problem to deal with. It shows that the care of my dog is NOT in their best interest. I have moved on to a different clinic at this point, but if you are someone who value's their pet and their time, don't waste it at this location. The location on 35th street is much more accommodating and has even taken me as a walk in - highly recommend going to that location!

Banfield is a money suck. They changed my monthly plan rate to an extra $30 a month without explanation or notice Every time I go in there I feel like I am speaking to a sales person and not someone who actually cares about my dog. If I were you I would skip Banfield and find a good neighborhood vet that is ACTUALLY interested in caring for animals and not selling every script and training program they can.

The preventative care is okay. But, every time I take my dog in for dental cleaning they pull a tooth saying it was loose. However, my dog did not any loose teeth when I took her in because I would have noticed during the 2x a day cleaning I give her.
