They take such great care of Tate and makes him feel at ease even when he’s not feeling the best. They are awesome!

I've been taking my dogs to Banfield across the country and using their Wellness Plans for almost 20 years. All of my dogs have lived to 12 + years (except one who was shot) and I credit alot of that to good preventative care and easy accessibility to knowledgeable vets. They are always so kind to me and honest. I never feel like an assembly line patient being rushed out the door the way I have at other vets. I wish their plans covered as much as they used to, but I guess increased costs . .

Our family recently lost our dog after 13 years of loyal care, and our interaction with Banfield Pet Hospital in Anderson, SC, during this difficult time was disappointing. After our dog was euthanized, we attempted to cancel the pet health insurance we had maintained for over a decade. The process was surprisingly difficult. The online cancellation system was not user-friendly, and speaking with the receptionist did not resolve the issue. My wife and I are joint account holders, yet when I called, I was told only she could authorize the cancellation—even though the same card they had billed every month for the last 13 years was on file. This was the same card they were already scheduled to bill the following month again. But to cancel, I was required to “authorize” the very card they had

Banfield is excellent. They are very courteous and attentive to your needs and questions. You can tell that the staff is very passionate about pets and the care that they provide. Follow up calls after visits and surgeries to check in on your pet adds a nice touch to the care they provide. Thanks for loving my fur babies as much as I do!

A great place to take your dog for medical use. The people are great. This is my little fur baby.
