Dr. Haims and his entire staff are the best. From the second you enter through the front door they are friendly, kind, compassionate, and professional. After your visit they follow up with phone calls, they truly care about your furry babies. I highly recommend Baldwin Place Animal Hospital.

Dr. Haims is the most thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable vet. He has taken such great care of three of our dogs. When our beloved Shea past away he called to check on us, sent a card and made a donation in her name. His thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. When our other dog was diagnosed with cancer he went above and beyond to give us all the options and guide us with the best treatment for her. He will take time to answer all of the questions and make sure you’re comfortable with the answers. He is a genuine caring and knowledgeable vet. His staff is also loving and sweet with the dogs and are always willing to help. I highly recommend Dr. Haims and his staff. They are simply the best!!

Nice staff but they nickel and dime every possible charge, including separating distemper/parvo into 2 $60 vaccine charges even though it's 1 injection and charging an additional $10 fecal disposal fee. Their prices are $8-10 more per charge than other vets so the total ends up being a lot more expensive. And any meds or tests through them are more than double the price. An $800 (usually $400) annual visit later, we will not be going back.

Awesome animal hospital!! The staff has an overwhelming passion for animals, they treat their client's pets as if they were their own. I found this very comforting considering I had to leave my cat there for an extended period of time. I knew she was in great hands the minute I stepped in the door. Very clean exam rooms and the doctor is great! Best vet in the area, hands down.
