Everyone --- staff, assistants and doctors (we've only seen super awesome Dr. Kaplan so far) --- is so incredibly nice, approachable and knowledgeable. We are so happy and grateful to have found Baker Bristol! We knew they're the best when our other rabbit was severely sick. Dr. Kaplan gave a proper diagnosis and her team showed such compassion when we had to euthanize our rabbit. The dedication, care and understanding demonstrated at this vet clinic shone through in such a crucial time. Thank you!

I have been bringing my pets here for several years now. My dog is very fearful around strangers and they have treated him well. They have taken it slow for him to make him feel safe and comfortable. I recently brought my cat there for an emergency without an appointment and they graciously took her in and helped her. I very much appreciate the service I have received from this office.

I was referred here from my original vet because I had to put my guinea pig to sleep. They understood how urgent the situation was and made time for my pig even though the vet had back to back surgeries lined up. The staff was caring and understanding!
