Shawn was an amazing trainer. Brought my dog to do a 3 week board and train. Couldn’t ask for a better trained do. Also saw couple of his service dogs that are going to veterans. He goes above and beyond for the dogs. Would highly recommend.

It seems to be a pattern with this guy. We paid him upfront, (first mistake) then he canceled more than he showed up. My dog got no training from him, then we asked for a refund for one session because obviously he wasn't coming back. Then denied us, never offered to set up another training session, and blocked both of us from his social media page when we left a review.

He’s very unreliable and inconsistent.We haven’t heard from him since he canceled the day of the previous session over a week ago. Response: Luca said Hello !
