It's been a bit over a year since I adopted my cat Midna (formerly Gracie) from Bails for Tails. She was the last cat in there when we'd gone in to look around. Every time I have visited there has only been kindness and care for the cats. They work hard to see to it these sweet babies are well cared for and I couldn't be more grateful that I have Midna in my life now because of them. She has saved me so much this year and become a truly precious member of my family. I would be lost if I didn't have her. They do a great job with the cats and deserve all the praise for their dedication. May many more find their forever homes like how Midna and I were brought together. I've been there several times, and it's always great! You can shop for great prices, find resources for kittens in need, and even adopt! I got a darling kitten, Domino, a few months ago, and they helped make sure everything was all set for us. 10/10!

We adopted our cat from Christine late July. The process to adopt was easy and everything explained to us. Since then, there has been nearly 0 communication regarding her being spayed/ given vaccinations that were promised to us in our “contract”. We eventually had to pay money out of pocket to take her to a clinic to get her spayed. Additionally, we needed her original medical records for our cats insurance, which we have received an automated message for everytime. Without these records, when our cat needed to be seen for a respiratory issue she was having it will now be considered preexisting and not covered, costing us even more money. The lack of communication is disappointing.

This place was absolutely wonderful when looking to adopt a cat! We adopted a female and she is just the sweetest thing ever. They were so kind and all of the cats were clearly well cared for. This shop has some nice jewelry pieces for low prices and some nice knickknacks as well. I highly recommend checking them out whether you’re thrifting or looking to adopt a cat.
