We agreed on a plan to best meet the needs of my cat who has been abused and who lives with chronic pain. The groomer went “off script,” causing my cat a lot of upset and pain. The groomer laughed about my cat hissing the whole time, but I didn’t even know my cat knew how to hiss. On top of that, I don’t think they rinsed her. Her fur is oilier than before. I can’t believe they did this to my cat. I can’t believe they made her hurt.

Have been going to Bailey Grooming for 13 years. They are very caring with the animals and am very happy with Janet, our groomer.

Tried one last time to get our wonder pack member in for grooming. No answers and no call backs. Called a place on North Stephens, they had us in same week and 1/2 the price. Our guy looks so handsome. So glad we have left Baileys, they are failing the community that helped them grow.

Our pup had an emergency and to put her at the front of the existing in line folks, it cost $180.00 to have her seen and treated. Wow! I have more to say, but what the heck. It is a business first and foremost. The vet on monday was good as well as another vet the next day. With another issue. Her face, eyes, etc. was swollen in anaphylaxis...and the story goes with another couple of hundred bucks paid. Place is clean. Parking available as well as 2 handicapped ♿️ parking places.
