They really care about the animals. I am not sure of the lady’s name cause I was a mess putting my dog to rest. But thank you for helping us I really appreciate you. I asked you if you think it was true that all dogs go to haven and you told me yes. That was very reassuring about my girl. And that you staff for the card.

Shirley showed exceptional care. She was working the front desk and checked me in. As a new client and a walk-in, she spent a decent amount of time with me. While I had no idea what I was doing, and told her such, she was very pleasant, courteous and professional as well as caring. I haven’t yet made it beyond the front desk, so I can’t speak about others that are employed here.

The staff at Baileys took excellent care of Daisy. When it was time to say goodbye to her, they helped me send her over the rainbow bridge with so much compassion. They provided a comfortable space for us that felt like home to Daisy. The contact afterwards continued to be loving. They made the experience as bearable as possible.

Wonderful experience, very communicative, very compassionate, very friendly and gentle. Great personalities all around the office. We were able to have a clear and open discussion about how we wanted to proceed with the care of our pet. We were given several estimates for different options and a clear plan for what we can do. It did not feel like we were price gouged. The prices were fair and reasonable. The care was excellent. After we were explained our options we were given time to think and decide. There was no pressure.

We decided to take our 14 year old corgi to Bailey to help her cross the rainbow bridge. It is about a 30 minute drive from where we live, but it was worth it. They were so kind and caring. They will have our business for the remainder of our and our dogs lives.
