Back on Track Veterinary Rehabilitation Center, LLC

Two of our Cavaliers are patients at Back on Track, for different issues. We are fortunate to have Dr. Shaw and her staff in our lives. They love animals, and our dogs love them back. Dr. Shaw does exams that thoroughly check for any issues and uses massage, acupuncture and acupressure to work out many problems such as stiff joints. All the techs are friendly and great at handling animals of all sizes. Ours get cold laser therapy or water treadmill. Again, the love and caring for patients is obvious. Our dogs are doing well as a result.

Dr Shaw is magical and her team is exceptional. I am forever grateful for their dedication and care for Dooley.

Dr.Shaw and her staff at Back On Track were recommended to us by a close friend whose aging pup had been helped by her unique approach to care, as well as the hydrotherapy. We took our then 12-year old Lucy, an Australian Shepherd, to her, desperate for a solution to her nightly incontinence. Dr. Shaw sits on the floor with the dogs, does chiropractic manipulation for tightness and sometimes even acupuncture. She prescribed weekly treatments in the under-water treadmill and various stretching and strengthening exercises. Lucy improved greatly and lived another happy and healthy three years. All of the staff at Back on Track is AMAZING and we are very grateful!

I called this facility two weeks ago and was told that the receptionist would be getting back with me on Monday. On Wednesday I called back and she said that the Vet still hadn’t had the time to review my app but would be able to do so by the end of the week. The FOLLOWING Wednesday I called back (again) and was told that the application still had not been reviewed but that there were other places I could go. She again said that the Vet would review the application. Another week has gone by and I do not have a call back. This is blatant disregard for my pet. If this is how they treat waiting applications I can only think that they are in this for the money and not for providing care.

Dr. Shaw is so magical and cares deeply for my dog. Would highly recommend
