B J's Pampered Paws

I love BJ's Pampered Paws. They took care of my highly anxious elderly fur baby. They did an amazing job and out all my worries at ease. It was a great experience for both me and my 4 legged friend.

My fur baby and I LOVE BJ's Pampered Paw's! The staff is so caring and love what they do and it shows! My Izzy (Shi-Tzu) always looks so perfect.

I took my two dogs (schnoodle & chihuahua) to get groomed at B J’ Pampered pets several weeks ago. The service took MUCH longer than I was initially told it would which made planning around picking them up difficult. This may not be a major issue for some but I try to pick my dogs up as soon as possible since they are not used to being in cages. Anyway, the cuts were OKAY. I’ve had better but I’ve absolutely had much worse too. As it was my first time I was not to concerned figuring it may take a cut or two for them to learn my dogs and the style I like. I’m convinced they did not cut their nails either but decided I’d ask next time and then, if needed, pay extra for that service. I have called this place at least 10 times in the past month and have left about 5 messages. Never once have they answered or responded to my voice mails. Done wasting my time with this place obviously they don't care about my business.
