Summary: vet missed major signs and my cat had to be euthanized by the end of the week. Came in with my cat that wasn't eating. Female tech was kind and checked his body for swelling. Male vet came in later and without looking at my cat, started suggesting medicine and prescription food (for preventing urinary blockages) based on his blood work from nearly 3 years ago. I told him my concern was that my cat wasn't eating, and he said, "Well if I can't check his mouth then there's nothing I can do for you". This vet said not eating for 4 days wasnt too bad anyways because my cat still weighed 2 pounds more than from his previous visit in 2023. He made no attempt to check his breathing (labored due to fluid buildup), heart rate, or mouth. When I asked him to check his mouth, he rudely replie

The old ladies are nice. The old man is extremely unpleasant, and doesnt pay attention to what you say, and the few times he does listen, he will be pedantic and passive aggressive. He's also very greedy, trying to sell you stuff at marked up prices you can get elsewhere for much cheaper. A real materialist and mammonist. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff are nice and the vet is an older gentlemen who is more concerned about sharing his knowledge and helping one’s understanding than offending a millennials sense of self education. The grey hair lady seemed nice. I told her give my new puppy all the vaccines, etc. he needed for now that he was 4 months old that I didn’t want to come back for a while. . She injected him with a huge needle 22g way too big for water base vaccine and for a 4 lb Pomeranian filled with refrigerator temp cold vaccine. I asked why is he yelling crying. She said it’s because the vaccine is cold. Straight out of the refrigerator. I know all you have to do is hold the bottle in fist for a minute to warm it up or let it sit for several minutes outside the refrigerator and Then you don’t hurt the animal. I got a damn postcard in the mail a month later saying he needs to come in for more vaccines. I told her that day to give him all his vaccines for as long as possible . I will not
