I too am waiting for a Stella & Chewy order -- for more than 2 weeks. Several emails to the company and no one has responded. I am now requesting a cancellation. Who orders dog food and can wait that long? Of course my credit card was charged immediately. Unreal!

What happened to Catherine Beckman happened to me! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I emailed them TWICE today about a cancellation to my order and request a refund because they haven’t shipped my Stella & Chewy food yet. After my second email to them, I was immediately notified that the item was shipped... how sketchy... my friend who emailed them about a cancellation and refund at the same time I did, they answered her right away and went ahead and refunded her. I’ve emailed them at least 5 times already and 5 hours later, still no response. I WILL be getting my money back after I file a complaint. A bunch of scammers.

I ordered a case of blue buffalo dog food from this company on 3/21. My credit card was charged (I'm online and it shows the charge went through the day of purchase), they sent confirmation of processing the order followed up by another confirmation that the order was processed and being shipped. Today is 3/30 and I wrote them yesterday to ask where my food was and they replied that the order was being expedited. Really? I told them to cancel the order since it clearly hadn't been shipped (they lied) and to refund my money. They had the audacity to tell me that there was an issue with my credit card and it hadn't been processed but that I could start a new order if I wanted. Wait, what?!!! I told them I would go on social media to warn consumers about their scheme. She again wrote me back

I would give them no stars if I could. Took our money and ran and it's been about 2 months. They don't answer their phone and the credit card company will probably have to take legal action to recover our funds.

AVOID AZ PETFOOD!!! This place must be a scam. There is no way to contact anybody. I have been trying for days to get a hold of somebody with no luck. I wish I had read the reviews. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. Something is very wrong, and I expect that perhaps they are out of business. All I want to do is return something. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
