Absolutely amazing staff! Eli got me an appointment the same day that I called in less than 30 minutes. I brought in my leopard gecko, Azulli, and they tended to her immediately. When I needed time to process or think, they’d give me all the time I needed. Dr. Torres answered every question with honesty and professionalism. Was told very honestly what I had to and didn’t have to do. Not only that, but they have a great community of clients who are just as kind as the staff. I’m so grateful for their help, and I have hope that my leopard gecko will get better.

We took our ringneck dove in who had a mild illness. The entire staff was knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Dr. Torres took excellent care of our bird, who then made a complete recovery in a short time. We will definitely continue to bring our pets to this vet!

Caring staff. Called with an emergency and they got me right in. The Doctor operated that night on a Saturday and stayed late after close to complete. Follow up was great and often.

Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor Carol Raa it was very disappointing. We took our rabbit for surgery, and just three hours after the procedure he died. The most serious thing is that we were not given clear postoperative instructions, nor warnings about possible complications or warning signs. We feel completely uninformed and unattended at a critical moment. We understand that all surgery carries risks, but as owners we deserve to be prepared and receive the necessary guidance to properly take care of our pet. This experience left us with a lot of pain and many unanswered questions. I do not recommend this clinic if you are looking for responsible and empathetic care for your animal. The only thing that matters to them is money.

I went into the clinic with my leopard gecko and I was anxious because I was unsure if it was alright or not. However, once Dr. Kanis and Dr. Manuel attended me they immediately impressed me with their knowledge and positive attitudes. It was instantaneously, obvious to me that they were passionate about their work. Whereas other vets simply diagnosed and treated, both doctors told me every detail and I came out with a much better understanding. I left the clinic with a smile and peace of mind. If I ever need help with my reptiles I will bring them here for sure.
