In mid-2025, my 12.5-year-old cat developed some concerning symptoms. When Dr. Moeller gave me the news that my cat had terminal cancer and would probably not make it to 2026, he did so with care, compassion, and considerate detail on what to expect during my cat's last few months. And when he informed me that my cat's quality-of-life would likely take a sharp decline between Thanksgiving and New Year's, I didn't give a second thought to having him euthanized at the Waverly Vet Clinic. When that decline in quality came a little sooner than he thought, my mother and I made the appointment to have it done on the Monday of Thanksgiving week. We have gone to the Waverly Veterinary Clinc for all our cats and small dogs for 40 plus years. Drs. Moeller and Bixby have always been caring and attentive to their needs and medical concerns. We also love the grooming services - both of our boys see Jessie and they love her.

Dr. Moeller and staff did wonderful work extracting teeth from my 10+ yr old multipoo who is plagued with seizures and diabetes. From pre and post event, I was kept well informed. I've been entrusting the care of all my pets over the years with Dr Moeller and have yet to be disappointed!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the veterinarian today. Despite my explicit instructions for only two vaccines and a nail trim, additional treatments were administered without my consent. Furthermore, the nail trim was allegedly charged at $35 for 5 nails, yet the nails do not appear to have been clipped. My husband, who accompanied the dog, specifically mentioned the need to be present due to the dog's anxiety, but the vet removed the dog from his presence, contradicting the agreed-upon care. This experience has led me to question the clinic's billing practices and commitment to client communication. As someone who values pet care and family, I expect a higher standard of service.

We have been taking Toby, our shih tzu here for years. Staff is always so friendly and Toby is well taken care of!
