ATL Pet Stop

Angela is a lifesaver! Our drive to the Atlanta airport took about twice as long as it should have due to multiple accidents along the way. She stayed in communication with me the entire way and stood outside, ready to run our dog’s paperwork in to get her checked in on time. Not only that, she had water bowls to replace the ones we forgot at home. She handled all of the chaos with a calm and professional demeanor and got our dog situated and actually smiling in her crate. She turned a highly stressful situation into a sigh of relief. We can now relax and look forward to seeing our baby in London! Thank you, Angela!!!

Angela has always transported and taken care of all my exported dogs with the utmost kindness and care. I’m one on one with my dogs and she knows that so she always take more consideration with my young pups that are getting exported to other countries so they do not feel abandoned and are still right at home with me. She truly goes above and beyond for me and my kennel period. I’m truly thankful that I have a professional that I can count on that will actually care for my dogs properly before shipping the way she does.

Angela transported a dog we were looking after from Atlanta to Orlando’s airport. Angela was excellent at communicating. She arrived when she said she would, and provided regular photos and updates so we knew our dear Abby was being well cared for. It was comforting to know that Angela had the whole process for pre-check and check-in under control. We would use her again for pet transportation.

Absolutely unacceptable. This was negligence, not a “service.” I am beyond disappointed with ATL Pet Stop and the utter lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic animal care shown by their team. After over 20 hours of international travel, my cats were entrusted to ATL Pet Stop for boarding. I messaged the team while still in flight with our exact arrival time, yet no one was present at the airport to collect them. After a delay, someone eventually arrived — already a terrible start. When the cats were finally picked up, I clearly showed the staff member their food, bowls, and supplies, and explicitly asked that the crates be cleaned out and the pee pads replaced. I was reassured with “Sure, don’t worry, leave it with me.” I trusted that assurance and left. That trust was comp
