My family has been clients of Laura's for many years. I had called to see if I can add my other dog on to an apt I had next month. The call went straight to voicemail with her secretary Maria. Weeks went by and I still have not heard anything back! Always non responsive! I will be finding another groomer.
I have been using for about 1 1/2 years. In that time the owner has on 2 occasions has been reliable. First time I called to say I would be late. She left her card and said she didn't get message. The second time I was in my home, with my car in the drive way and my son's car in front of my home, yet she claims that I was not home and left her card again. Unreliable. Never excepted responsibility just claimed I was lying about being home. I Do not recommend.
We love Laura! She does an awesome job on our dog. She is always on time!
They come to you and have wonderful pet loving people take care of your precious animal while they groom them.
