There terrible and have the worst doctors ever I had a ca that passed away in august 1, 2025 and it’s not October 25, 2025 and she was under forensic investigation and they never got back to me about nothing I’ve been calling and calling tryna figure out what’s going on and what her results were and still nothing they say it’s supposed to be serious bc they they think animal abuse was involved but if that were so the why am I not getting calls back from the private investigator and why is it taking to long . My boyfriend even payed for her ashes and because she’s under investigation she still hasn’t came home to us it’s getting really weird and I might just sue because they are playing around with my baby girl who I loved dearly she was so small and precious had just turned 2 I’ve been try

I really don’t want to give this place a bad review but if you actually need these services it almost impossible to receive them. I have called everyday for weeks at 7:59am learned all of the codes to put in so that I could be the first in line and still never manage to get an appointment. Today I called at 7:59 and they told me that all of the appointments were full… at 8:00. How is that possible if yall just opened?!? Plus when you look online it says that they start making the schedule on Tuesdays… so you’re telling me that in 1 second all of the appointments were taken?!? How is that even possible. And if you call at 7:58am they say the place isn’t open yet. But there are people on here saying they’ve received care. Idk what is going on. And mind you my cat got vaccines from the mobile

Been able to get all of my cats seen whenever needed for emergencies, checkup, vaccines, spay/neuter etc! The key is to call exactly at 7:59 am and DO NOT HANG UP. Stay on hold no matter what. They will eventually answer, even if it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. If you truly care about your pet, stick with it and do something else while you wait. I usually put the phone on speaker and use my iPad. It also helps to already know the menu options so you can select them immediately without waiting through the full recording. I always press 1 for NYC, then 1 for the urgent care hospital in Manhattan or 2 for vaccines, followed by 1 for Bronx or 2 for Brooklyn. Choose the vaccine option even if you are calling for something else because no matter what option you select, they w

I’ve been calling for the past 4 months and they still didn’t answer the phone when I call they don’t answer my dog shots are due in September. We’re in December why are they not answering their phones?
