Ashton Animal Clinic

This little animal clinic is top-notch. They are knowledgeable and kind to the 2 or 4 legged visitors. We have been using these vets for about 15 years, and the staff may change, but the level of care has remained the same. The building is not super fancy or high tech, but the service is, and you don't have to pay super high prices either. They are very good at getting you in if you have an emergency, which we have needed from time to time, but you may want to plan ahead for routine visits.

I've taken my puppy and senior cat here and the staff if amazing! They have great prices and my pets dont get stressed!!! My favorite place to take my babies!

I was referred to AAC by a friend who has used them for a while. I was happy with their care for my animals, but I was unhappy with the pricing which is extreme. I mentioned this to them and said I would have to go somewhere else. Later, I decided to give them another try and was told I "used words" and they would not allow me to come back and my account was terminated. Regarding "using words", I was candid with them, not overly loud or definitely not derogatory. My feeling is if these people cant handle some criticism about pricing without blowing it up into a dramatical event, then I dont want to be a participant where my family dogs are concerned. I scheduled a next day appointment on behalf of my elderly parents for their geriatric cat. The clinic had my mother's name in their system, I provided information about the cat, and we scheduled the appointment. My parents just called me (the day/time of the scheduled appointment) to verify that I had called the clinic in Ashton (I had) and then told me that the clinic had no record of any appointment, nor could they fit them in. Suffice to say we won't be patronizing this place any longer.
