Dr Roso has gone over and beyond to make sure our dog was taken care of and I was communicated with. My parents had to bring my dog in for me and Dr Rosos was super great calling me with all the details and information. Greatly appreciated. The care from the front desk to the tech to the Dr, everyone is so kind and caring. Honestly all of them Chris, Dr Roso… front desk woman on Feb 18th and the wonderful woman tech today Feb 19th.

Staff and Veterinarian's are helpful and make you feel comfortable. Was able to get an appointment for dogs teeth cleaning at a very good time and was checked on the day after. Communication and knowing my dog was in good hands

We love Ashley Pines! We have a reactive dachshund that is very nervous around people he doesn't know and the vets due to prior bad experiences, but Ashley pines has continously worked with us and our dog to ensure he's the most comfortable he can be, while also remaining understanding and kind to him even if he shows a little attitude. Dr. Whinney and the vet techs here care, and we really appreciate the kindness they show our dog! The difference between his behavior here vs. other vet clinics is very noticeable, and we can't recommend Ashley Pines enough!

The staff and doctors are wonderful. We have rescue dogs and they are very patient with Hattie and Huck but also us. Patience, care, knowledge and advice They are all great!

The staff was so caring and welcoming when I brought our newly adopted shelter dog for her first vet appointment. They put her, and me, at ease. It is greatly appreciated! Staff took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns, and wanted to get to know our dog. The doctor and nurse we saw were both absolutely wonderful - caring, attentive, and thorough. I would recommend Ashley Pines to anyone in need of the best care for their pets!
