Hi, Staff. I’m reporting one of your members. Today is Thursday December 18th. My husband called your facility in which a women picked-up the phone. We needed our kitten who has a right eye issue to be seen. We asked about this up coming Monday December 22nd. In addition to rabies and distemper vaccine. We also wanted to schedule our kittens neuter. We called at 4:50PM. The women behind the desk said she was going to call right back and umm…never did. Now you are closed till Monday. It’s the simple fact this lady said: ‘I-WILL-CALL-YOU-RIGHT-BACK.’ She never did. Clearly going home for the night was more her priority than taking a business call on behalf of an animals health. This has been our Vet clinic since the early 90's. When Angela came on board (many years ago now) she added such a warm and caring vibe to the clinic. She is so knowledgeable and is good at explaining things so I understand. She has taken care of our whole family of pets from birth to death. And done so with compassion. Tammy and Haley are also the best vet techs! They always remember our pets names and treat them like family. Thank you all for such great service. We are lucky to have you in our community.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately we had to put our loved one down but if there was anyone to help in the experience Arrowhead was by far the best. My cat was truly cared for. Staff was compassionate and helped me make a decision that was best for my pet and my family. Prices were very reasonable and staff was knowledgeable and available. I highly recommend this vet clinic!

WOW! This is by far the best Vet I have seen in my 29 years of animal ownership and care. These people care more about the health of your animals than the profit margin. Our puppy need major mouth work, extraction and repair along with antibiotics. Our little guy is doing so well so fast after such a major event. Thank you so much for all you do!! We will always recommend you to our fellow pet lovers. 5 STARS!!!
