Arrowhead Animal Clinic

This is by far the best Vet Clinic I have been to! The staff is so caring and compassionate and will take the time to discuss with you your concerns about your pet. It is very nice having the actual Vet actually speak with you regarding your pet every time I have called. Heather is also awesome at the front desk! Thank you, Cash loves coming to the vet!

The staff and vets are so compassionate and it's easy to see that they truly love their jobs. They were so good to us during an incredibly hard time. They cried with my daughter and I as we had to make the difficult decision to put down our beloved cat, Oakley. Thank you, Arrowhead staff.

Nice enough veterinarians and they seem competent. I was however, excited to have a vet close to home and get established with them which I did. I would assume that an established existing client that had a daytime urgent care need for their dog could be seen on relatively short notice. Our golden retriever had a litter of 11 puppies. She developed a pretty significant infection in her teets. I made the front desk, staff aware of the issue and the difficulties in getting to Duluth with a nursing female and 11 puppies that Would be quite difficult on our female and on the puppies. They couldn’t even take five minutes of their time to look at her. I canceled my future appointment With this veterinarian and switched to another place in town, that was able to see and treat my dog.

We switched to Arrowhead from another local vet a few years ago and couldn't be happier with every experience we've had with them. From emergencies, phone call questions, routine care, surgeries, and unfortunately saying goodbye to fur babies - they have been amazing through all of it. The staff is always kind and helpful. We couldn't love them more!

We are in the area for the summer and needed a vet for our 3 mini dachshunds. Two of them went in for routine services and one had to have an emergency visit this week. They worked us in and were very accommodating. We had great experiences and are very happy to have found a compassionate vet in Grand Rapids!
