I am not bullying or slandering this vet. I have all of our text messages as proof for the way I was treated. I posted them to allow others to see how unprofessional she acted. If you think you can sue me for slander go ahead but it's not slander when it's the truth.

Dr. Katie was extremely rude and non-professional towards me. I'm 4 hours away bc I'm sick and have my horses at Hilltop stables. The dr at first quoted me a lower estimate of $400 something. Then she quoted me close to $1000 for a float, 5 way, Coggins, rabies and west nile vaccine. I asked for a price list which she sent Me with the 1000$ estimate. I asked if she could just tell me how much the procedures I wanted were and she told me she sent me the list and to add it up. I told her the list she sent me was blurred out with the prices and procedures so I couldn't add it up bc I couldn't read it. She then got angry with me and refused to take me as a client. I am posting our messages for future clients looking to use her as a vet.

So very happy with the care provided to my critters! Dr. Katie took extra care to make sure they were comfortable during treatment and was able to answer all of my questions. She was fantastic!

Dr. Katie always cares for my animals with compassion and respect. I highly recommend taking your furry loved ones to see her! Fair prices & very clean facility.

Called Arkwright Veterinary at 9:05am Monday giving Dr. Ball 5 minutes to be open. Straight to voicemail. I wait 10 minutes and call again, straight to voicemail. Our pet goat was bloated and needed some medicines only. I left my name number and short message explaining, that he just needed some medications. Dr. Ball calls me back a few minutes later immediately yelling at me to not call a million times, and that I should find a different vet if it's that important. Well I tried and couldn't find another vet and my goat died that day. Dr. VA ALL is a fake, who uses her past sickness as excuses. I have lost plenty of family to cancer and they would all be happy to be alive today. Some people and animals aren't so lucky to make it through.
