This is the best vet!! They will respond to questions by text without having to always bring your pet in to be seen. This is great if you have a cat with a chronic health issue, like I do. This saved me so much money and so much hassle. Many other vets won’t give you advice over text without bringing the cat in every single time. You can also refill prescriptions by simply texting them. The people that work there are extremely kind and compassionate. They respond very quickly. The customer service is excellent! The one vet was able to finally figure out what was wrong with my cat, after I had seen many different vets for years without answers.

Scheduling an appointment is easy and can be completed after hours with their online scheduler. We were able to get an appointment for both pets the same week that I scheduled. I appreciate the vet giving me practical advice that is easy to do at home to correct issues with our pets. The staff is always kind and courteous from the receptionist at the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet herself. I appreciate everybody’s positive attitude and upbeat personalities when we stop in. They are very kind and understanding, especially to our one pet who gets very stressed. Thank you for all your hard work.

All of the staff here have treated my and my animals like family since day one. They have worked though visit anxiety my dog had and do it with such love that my dog now even has his very own favorite staff members. When I call they know who me and my pets are. I’ve always felt heard and trust them completely. The prices are fair and they don’t pressure for unnecessary services. If you want to ensure your fur babies are loved and cared for I 10/10 would recommend this Ark Vet!

Friendly, helpful, and caring. And the prices were very reasonable. Great place to comfortably take your pet. We had our dog spayed and they took excellent care of her. Good follow up after as well.

The people at this place are awesome. They are so personable and truely care about my pets. Sugar went through major surgery with two hernias being repaired, spayed and 15 teeth removed and she barely has a scar. I can not praise this hospital enough for the care and understanding they showed concerning Sugar. If there were a million stars intstead of five on here, I would mark a million.
