Dr John is the most spectacular person and vet Dr. Our pets are our life, he cares so very much. The staff there I can't say enough about the perfect people and compassion for everyone. You all are the best. Thank you for your true caring! Love you all and all you do!

We had to take our puppy in after hours on Saturday. We are from Wichita and were visiting family in Saint John. The on call Vet was amazing and met us ASAP. He had to put her under and had to do surgery and sew her eye shut. We were pleased and would return if we lived closer!

One of the ladies up front was honestly the worst person I have ever met. Treated me like I was trash, yelled at puppies, talked down to everyone.... customers and her coworkers. I couldn't believe she worked in a vet clinic. No compassion, respect, or kindness whatsoever for animals or people. I feel bad leaving 1 star because the doctor was great and the other secretary was nice. But I was genuinely scared leaving my dog with her being there. Will never go back. I'm still in shock at how awful she was.

Dr. Jon and his staff are wonderful! They are gentle, kind and patient with our pets. They answer all of our questions and I know that I can trust them with my "children." If anyone needs a great vet in the Great bend area, I highly recommend Ark Valley and Dr. Jon!

We had to put my wife's dog down which she had for 15 years. The doctor who came from country side vet was nice but the older staff lady would not let my wife hold her dog. Even after our dog started making noise not wanting to go. Crushed my wife. Will not be back.
