At our previous residence (a rental) we had a local neighborhood stray, affectionately known as Callie, choose permanent residency on our large porch. We fell in love with her and provided a heated house, food, and love. When we bought a house a couple years ago, we did not hesitate to bring her with us. She thrived as an indoor kitty, and was a huge part of our family. Unfortunately, she was much older than we realized (about 15-18 yo) and her health took a turn. After being diagnosed with cancer, her decline was quick. When it became time to pursue end of life options, we decided that the best last gift we could give her was a peaceful, humane departure in the comfort of the only real home she had ever known. My pets have been long-term patient's of Ark Animal's amazing staff. They have always received the best of care and staff have always been upfront and forthcoming with me. Mostly utilizing the in-home service, it helped tremendously with putting my pets at easy and supporting my crazy schedule. I will continue to seek their support with my pets care and with any furbaby to join my family in the future.

Dr. Erica traveled to our home as our precious, sweet girl crossed over the rainbow. She was very caring and compassionate. The staff was very kind and understanding.

I have to say, I have never ever had a more pleasant experience with a vet than with Ark Animal Hospital. We had an incident where our little princess had what appeared to be something drastically wrong with her left hind quarter. We had called our local vet that Addison had been going to for many years and they had informed me that it would be several weeks before they could see her. We weren’t going to wait that long and we didn’t want to take her to the emergency room. My wife had made a call to Ark on Monday morning and they arrived at our home that same day! The staff & vets at Ark are wonderful. We were so happy to have them come to our house regularly for our old dog’s care. The vet & her assistant were very professional and caring when our wonderful old dog was euthanized at our house. We so appreciate the care she and we were given.
