The employees were very nice and considerate towards us we had to put our beloved Bort down due to medical conditions that were causing him to suffer. We were very sad and they were very understanding and were very compassionate they recognized how hard it was to make this decision and were so helpful in helping us send Bort over the rainbow 🌈 and now Bort is at rest and not in pain. 😢 Bort Scooby-Doo Austin had a beautiful 18yrs on this planet and was loved and loved everyone's life he touched and brought smiles and filled our hearts with so much love. ❤️ Thank you AHS for helping us through this tough time and being so helpful. We really appreciate you. 🙏 😌

Took our cat to get neutered. The staff was very friendly and helpful and reassuring. They called with any questions they had. The procedure and after care were explained to us thoroughly. Our cat had his nails clipped, vaccines, neutered, microchipped and tested and treated for ear mites and all for an affordable price. Would recommend bringing your pet here.

It's a pretty bleak place to visit. The rooms to meet a pet are barren except for a black chair. No toys to help interact with a pet. The Pat I visited what is 8 years old, had a dental cleaning and vaccinations, but has two masses on his Underside that have not been biopsied to see if they are malignant .

To be honest, they have been very helpful. I spoke with a specific person, Monique I believe was the customer assistant, and so yeah I got resources and very helpful information that kinda gives me hope, knowing that through these avenues and the information that I was given, I am able to surrender my dog safely instead ofjust letting her go to the street
