I had a great experience at this pet store while getting everything set up for my python’s tank. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had all the right essentials, from the enclosure setup to heating and substrate. Shana, in particular, was amazing she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It was obvious she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the animals and customers. I left feeling confident that my python’s habitat was set up properly. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly help!

Our Aussiedoodle, Falcor was in serious need of a groom. Our boy gets a bit overwhelmed by the chaos of a typical groomer, and I didn’t like him being gone all day. He’d also come home so exhausted from it all. We took him to see Melissa. We were relieved to find a quiet and separate room for grooming, where it was just him and her. Melissa was kind and professional. She did an amazing job with Falcor. The price was so reasonable, especially considering the quality of care. He loved her, and came home happy. I could tell, as he strutted around, he’s feeling so ✨dapper✨. Thank you so much! 😊

I absolutely love this store! All the staff that work there are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate Matt for his help with our new crested gecko! He was kind and very knowledgeable and explained so much helpful information. We appreciate all of you and will continue to shop here for our reptile babies! ❤️

Great pet shop that has a wide variety of different (than the usual) replies, snakes and fish. They also have feeders, and everything you’ll need along the way. The owner Shana and staff are absolutely great

Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I understood each step, from choosing the right plants and substrate to setting up proper drainage and humidity. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave great advice to make sure the enclosure would thrive long term, not just look good on day one. Thanks to his guidance, I feel confident that my crested gecko has a healthy, naturalistic setup. Highly recommend this store and especially Matt if you’re looking to build a bioactive enclosure!
