I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and care we received at Arista Advanced Pet Care during one of the hardest moments of my life. This is the emergency hospital I brought my 13-year-old Yorkie, Kali, to after she suffered a stroke on Christmas evening. From the moment we arrived, the doctors and staff were kind, patient, and communicative. They kept me informed every step of the way as we tried to get her back to health. Unfortunately, Kali was dealing with multiple serious health issues—she stopped eating and was diagnosed with a heart murmur, along with liver, kidney, and gallbladder problems. Losing our dog, Puff, has been absolutely heartbreaking, and the outcome was not what we hoped for. Still, I cannot say enough about Dr. Nasr and her incredible team. Over our many trips, Puff never hesitated to walk through the doors of Arista, which spoke volumes about the trust and care he felt there. From the very beginning, Dr. Nasr was kind, thorough, and deeply invested in Puff’s care. She spent so much time talking with us, explaining options, and making sure we felt supported. We never once felt like just a number. I brought my dog Dub in this morning after he developed pretty significant swelling around his nose and started bleeding from it, which was really concerning. The team got him in quickly and took great care of him while figuring out what was going on. We were worried it might be something serious like a nasal mass, but after a thorough exam they determined it was actually a fistula from his gum line into his nasal cavity. Dr. Camp and my vet tech Lauren were both amazing. So kind, attentive, and reassuring through the whole process. They took the time to explain everything and made a really stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they gave Dub. Highly recommend them if you ever need emergency care for your pet.

This review is long overdue but I’d love to thank Arista for their incredible care, patience, and kindness. In September my world was flipped upside down when my 2 yr old cat had a very sudden situation that quickly turned into an emergency. What was thought to be a uti by my regular vet unfortunately turned out to be a ruptured intestine resulting in sepsis. Recovery for him was longer than expected. What was supposed to be around a 5 day hospital stay turned into two weeks, and that was truly just the start of his recovery journey that he’s still on. When my 13-year-old dog developed a mass near his hind area, I immediately sought out Dr. Lockwood. She had performed his bilateral TPLO surgery four years ago, and he recovered beautifully and has been thriving ever since. I was relieved and grateful to find Dr. Lockwood at Arista. Once again, she performed a successful surgery with no complications. Thanks to her exceptional care, my dog is back to his happy, energetic self. This facility is significantly better than the previous one where Dr. Lockwood practiced. Every member of the Arista team was kind, helpful, and compassionate—from the front desk through discharge.
