Always a good experience here, although my grumpy little guy might not realize it. All of the staff who have worked with him have been WONDERFUL, even with his growls and swipes. Highly recommend.

We are new pet owners, who also recently moved to Roseville. We adopted our sweet pup a week ago and had an appointment to establish regular care. We found this clinic as the one our previous house owners used. So pleased with our visit yesterday! Our poor baby had a hot spot on his tail, so our check up turned into visit also focused on getting that taken care of. Easy to schedule and then move up the appointment. Friendly front desk staff too! As new dog parents, they walked us through everything with care. Staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Moseby loved his visit so much that he wanted to stay in the office with his new vet friends.

Thank you Arden Shoreview Animal Hospital. Our shorthair cat Bailey puts the WILD in wildlife around our neighborhood, but lately has not been her usual self. Weird scratching, crusty ears, no Sheena Easton-Strut! When we arrived it was great. Pleasant lobby, laughs not groans. Another person was waiting in the lobby as well and our cats started planning their escape from their carriers! LOL! Fun lobby experience. Dr. Westgard broke down what she sees, what she thought, and, most important, what she DIDN’T know. I appreciated that, cause I’ve seen many a doctors pull some crap outta the bottom of their lab coat and pass it off as fact. I take all four of my pets here and have for years. Dr. Jenny and Dr. Lisa are amazing, intelligent, caring and thoughtful. They don't make decisions without my consent and understanding. I have a medically "weird" cat, lol, and both doctors take the time to consider her pre-existing conditions before recommending anything, and aren't shy about telling me what is and is not worth the risk. I don't live near here anymore but it's absolutely worth the drive!

They take such good care of my cat. The vet and other staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Instructions are detailed and clear. My. Pet and I are very happy with their services.
