Wonderful staff. Very friendly and attentive. Dr Burr is the best. Explains everything to you about your fur babies. Always willing to answer any questions you may have... Plus, he loves to give them lots of treats!!! Love the place and so do my fur babies. 🐶🐶🐶🐱🐱

I have taken my cats to this vet for a few years. I have even taken my ducks as well. Dr. Burr and the entire staff at Arcanum Vet are awesome. They treat all my animals with care and dignity. Dr. Burr always answers all my questions no matter how silly! I love this vet and all they've done for my cats and ducks.

We made an appointment to have our cat's nails trimmed, as we have before. It costs $15 which is fine because we're not comfortable doing it. My Mom called them today and they said we didn't have an appointment which isn't true. We have the card with the date. Then they said that they raised the price to $37! They said they could be having a regular appointment with someone else that would make them more money. Rude! We will not be back. So much for your friendly neighborhood small town vet. I guess they're much too busy for our business. Too bad for them we have 3 dogs and a cat, so we would've gave them more business, but not now.

By far the GREATEST vet that I have ever had in all my years as a pet owner (and I’ve had quite a few due to being a military brat)!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient and absolutely HILARIOUS!! He could tell I was concerned due to Sully’s condition, but lightened the mood in the most appropriate of times. I went from crying on the way in- thinking it was time to put him down- to leaving relieved knowing Sully was under the best of care. Of course, he didn’t cough a single time due to his trachea collapse (the reason I was bringing him in), but Dr. Burr’s response was amazing! He said, “well I knew I was good, but not that good. I healed your dog before he even before he even stepped foot in my office. I didn’t even have to bring out the snakes! <looks at the tech> Still c
