I started taking my dog JAX to Dr KAYLOR and receptionist Susan and the techs several years ago when I brought my dog back to Winston Salem and absolutely love the care that I received there and continued for years until my dog passed away from cancer. Such warmth,compassion and intelligence from the veterinarian and I adored receptionist Susan, she is so funny-the staff And the techs were always top notch. I miss my JAX terribly and the staff at Arcadia Vet Clinic . They sent me some nice flower seeds when my dog passed away and I planted them and they are blooming little purple and yellow flowers at this time. Anyway, I highly recommend the office.

I have taken my dogs here for many years, but if I had a new pet, I would look for a different vet. For routine visits with healthy dogs, they are fine — the staff is sweet, though check-in can be hectic. But I've consistently left sick visits feeling their diagnoses were off, and that concern has grown as my dogs have aged. (They misdiagnosed what turned out to be vestibular disease, for example.) My older dog has struggled with arthritis and I discovered that she reacts really well to a particular steroid injection that's given once a month. (I'll note that it was a friend, not the vet that suggested this particular medicine.) I called a few days ago and was told to come in this morning for them to give her the shot. Saying goodbye to my sweet Pricilla was heartbreaking, but the team at Arcadia Veterinary Hospital made it peaceful and full of love. Kaydance was waiting outside for us and showed such compassion from start to finish. They allowed my whole family to be in the room, treated Pricilla with dignity, and gave us all the time we needed. We will continue using Arcadia for our other dog and my daughter’s two dogs because they’ve always been amazing with all of them. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and the gentle way they helped Pricilla cross the rainbow bridge.

Great care for all of my animals. They are wonderful. We have seen all three Vets and have no issues. They care about your pet. We have used the office for over 20 years
