I have used this grooming service for the last 10 years and I have always had excellent service. The grooming on my dogs has always been done beautifully and the employees are always friendly and treat the pets so well. It may take a little longer for them to do the dogs now but I feel it is worth the wait. They are doing it right and being good to the pets.

I took my baby poodle to get her feet cut, tail and top knot, basically a puppy cut. That is what I told them when I left her. They butchered my dog. She no way resembles a poodle. She has several cuts right on the skin. Hair is totally butchered. I am really disappointed and mad. We will not be going back.

I called to get my large dog, Leia's nails cut. They said bring her in anytime they are open. I took her right away. In and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend! Very nice staff. If this place don't light your fire, your wood is wet!

Used to be good. Now I feel like it is a flea infested place. My dog always seems to get fleas there. Also she does not make sure animals are vaccinated. I kept giving chances. My dog got cut as well several times. Also always running late. The last time I went My dog was there for 8 hours and she didn't even touch him. Don't do it. Find someplace else.

I should have got a picture of this place the out side looked like a small junk yard . Young puppies outside in a small pen nestled between junk piles I thought well maybe the inside would be cleaner and safer I go in and there's a play pen all dirty and could see fleas jumping around . Decided this wasn't the place for my 7 month old babies . So I left .you would think the place would represent the name . It's far from it . The lady seemed nice but the place wasn't my cup of tea .
