Sadly we had our 18 year old Kitty put to sleep. Dr Benjamin and staff were compassionate, respectful and considerate. We appreciated their care. We have been customers for many years and will remain so. will always highly recommend.

Arbor vet is neither a positive place to do business with, nor are they professional. We continued working with them because of our dog's health issues last year, and because they were discounting very expensive medication that our dog needed to survive. In late 2017 our dog started having some health issues. During one of our visits, the veterinarian said she was going to clean our dog's wound. She took her to another room, and did 2 expensive tests without our consent. I would assume we would have at least been asked, and didn't find it appropriate for them to take such actions. To top that off, we were told that we would get the results the following day, but never received a call, and had to call them a several times to get the results. I have had four of my dogs fixed at Arbor vet in the past 2 years, and we are also regular customers. I cannot say enough great things about this place! They are always so quick to get me in no matter what I need. They are so attentive, caring and patient. Another big thing I noticed, and am impressed by every time I go I is how clean the facility is. In previous veterinary offices, I have been to, there will be a lingering scent in lobby areas, and in vet, examination rooms due to dogs marking etc. Arbor vet’s lobby and exam rooms are always impeccable and clean! I have never been disappointed by the prices, But I also believe that you get what you pay for and with how fast they are always able to get me in, I have no complaints with the cost. I was just visiting town and got a travel health cert from them to fly home with my dog. They were kind, punctual, affordable, and most importantly, great with my pup who is scared/reactive at the vet
